As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, and strive to individualize my services towards the unique needs of every person I meet with. My goal is to create a safe environment where we can partner and collaborate in order to address life’s stressors and challenges head on. I work from a strengths-based perspective, which means that I believe that you already have the tools that you need to be successful. My aim is to work together to identify how best to utilize your strengths, and build up the skills necessary to cope with whatever life brings. I also enjoy utilizing a CBT approach to learn how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and to help identify strategies to improve communication, self-esteem, boundaries, and coping skills.
